Cell viability measured by CCK-8 and MTT assays. BSA alone or incubated with different saccharides at 37°C for 3 days, was added to SH-SY5Y cells for 8 h and cell viability was measured using the CCK-8 assay at 8 h, 24 h, and 48 h after sample addition (A).
