Sec61β protein and Gurken mRNA in ovaries from wild type and sec61βP1germline clones. A) Ovaries were dissected from flies and lysed in buffer containing 2% SDS. Western blotting was performed using Sec61β antibody. A cross-reactive band serves as a loading control.
