Effect of IL-1α on the proliferation of pancreatic cancer cell lines. (A) Cancer cell viability as a parameter of cell proliferation was assessed using the MTT assay. Three pancreatic cancer cells were treated with/without 10 ng/ml IL-1α after incubation with/without 0.5 μg/ml anti-α6 or anti-β1 integrin antibody for 24 h in serum free medium.
