Adipogenesis of both mMSCs. MSCs (3 C57BL/10 MSCs and 3 mdx MSCs) were induced in an adipogenic medium. Adipogenic differentiation was indicated by oil red O staining. Negative control (A), C57BL/10 MSCs (B), and mdx MSCs (C). The expression of lipoprotein lipase was detected in induced adipocytes by RT-PCR.
