Tan IIA treatment significantly increased the expression of p-JNK and Mff. g-h Mitochondrial fission was observed via immunofluorescence using the mitochondrial-specific antibody Tom-20. The average length of the mitochondria was recorded. SP600125, an inhibitor of JNK, was added to the Tan IIA-treated cells to prevent JNK activation. *p < 0.05
