Overexpression of ALKBH5 affects the viability, inflammatory factors secretion and ECM synthesis of IL-1β-induced C28/I2 cells. After transfection of pcDNA 3.1-ALKBH5 expression plasmid, the protein expression of ALKBH5 in NC and IL-1β-induced C28/I2 cells were examined by western blot (A and B), the viability was detected by CCK-8 assay (C), the levels of inflammatory factors (IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α) were measured by ELISA (D), the protein levels of collagen were examined by western blot (E and F)
